Data deletion instructions
How to request deletion or correction of personal information we hold about you.
Overview
BIG HEADZ GLOBAL aims to honour privacy requests promptly. Use the steps below for data we control as a business (for example orders placed with us, emails you sent us, or records tied to your purchase).
If your request relates only to data held by Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta products, you should also use Meta's own privacy tools in addition to contacting us—Meta operates those platforms under separate policies.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@bigheadzglobal.com with subject line: Data deletion request.
- Include the email address you used when ordering or contacting us, your full name, and (if applicable) your order ID(s).
- Describe what you want deleted or corrected (for example “delete my account/order records” or “remove marketing correspondence”).
- For verification, we may ask for additional information (such as billing postcode or last four digits of a payment method reference as shown on receipts)—only what is reasonable to confirm identity.
Timing
We typically respond within 30 days. Complex requests may take longer where permitted by law; we will let you know if that applies.
What we may retain
We may retain certain records where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance—even after a deletion request—then delete them when retention periods end.
